Come hungry to Buca! They portion their dishes from heart. Bets are you will not be able to finish it, even though you will try your best. After being their regular for a few months, I selected the winner: Chicken Parmigiana. Perhaps the best chicken I have ever tasted: Mouth watering layer of tender white meat, coated in golden crunchy breadcrumbs, topped with layer of smoky ham, melted parmesan cheese and homemade red chunky sauce. It goes perfectly with a glass of red wine or iced tea. For pasta, I recommend the red sauce spaghetti and garlic bread for antipasti. Ok, now I have to go eat something.... Enjoy.

This is officially the best burger I have ever tried. Nothing unusual - lettuce, tomato, meat, bacon, barbecue sauce and onions. But the taste beats even the Chili's burger. The meat is juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. Buns are from delicate yellow pastry that is slightly sweet which complements the meat's flavor and brings out it's texture. Topped with fresh veggies and layered with bacon shreds mixed with top quality barbecue sauce - yum! Tip: make sure to add some catchup on the top bun, and complement the meal with their not-your-usual-awfully-oversweetened top shelf margaritas! Have to mention - the service in this place is superior. You get extremely polite and quick servers, who manage to tender to every whim of yours and yet do it so non-intrusive that your date or conversation will never feel interrupted. Enjoy!

I remember this place as a "place where they put tons of hoisin sauce into the feeling" which makes it a version of oriental sloppy joe. Not my first choice.

It seems to be more of a dim sum sit-in restaurant than a Cha Shao Bao shop. Quite crowded. Perhaps they serve good dim sum, dunno, but the buns were a bit dry.

Nice setting and location, great service and variety. It is in the top 3 of my favorite places for a steamed pork bun. A Must try!
