Chips y Salsa at Malo

4326 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA

OK, you may think chips and salsa is not a dish, but at Malo it is. With their salsa "flight" you get 4 crazy good varieties, but the best is the Burnt Habanero & Crema. I have dreams about it. The chips are made fresh, and arrive at your table warm. Be careful, you may be too full for an entree.

Grapefruit and Jicama Salad at Slanted Door

I'm not really big into salad. It's strange. But I love this one. If you don't eat soy, ask them to make the dressing without. It is still amazing.

I love Thai food and could have chosen many dishes, but stuck with my favorite, at my favorite Thai place.
