My brother-in-law shared a bite of this dish with me and I was hooked! With pecans, apricots, jack cheese and raisins in a green chile sauce, this dish is worthy of The Dishola!

On the first bite, you wonder where the famed spiciness has gone, but on the second you find bits and pieces. In the end it is mildly spicy. It is covered in grated cotija cheese and infused with fresh jalapeños. The pasta is al dente and the chicken grilled.

These Beer Batter Onion Rings come with house made spicy BBQ ketchup and sound delicious. However our experience was a gristly one with tasteless, oily batter covered onions. We ate them anyways, but wouldn't order them again.

Sausage, mushrooms, onions and mozzarella over the NXNW "homemade marinara sauce" makes for a good pizza, but it wasn't a spectacular dish.

With honey and/or horse radish sauces, the Prime Rib is buttery smooth and wonderful. This Blue Plate comes with a large baked potato, cole slaw and beans.
