These ribs are actually on the appetizer menu, but if you are not interested in all the sides and huge portions of the meaty and famous County Line Bar-B-Q Platters, then these ribs are the dish for you! Light, but meaty these pork ribs are delicious! ...don't forget to cover some of the wonderful bread with the never ending honey butter!

Upper Crust's custom sandwich menu makes me wish they had at least a few different prepared sandwich options to start with. Even this custom sandwich menu has limited options, like one cheese, swiss. With that said, I ordered a Turkey Croissant Sandwich and it was very good. The croissant was moist and delicious and the turkey fresh and filling. If you know what you want, this sandwich dish is perfect for you, if you don't, try an Upper Crust ready made salad.

Full of flavor, this rice is a great accompaniment to your meal. Remember that you will get a large bowl of steamed rice with your order anyways, so if you are on your own or in a small group, you may end up with a table full of rice!

Full of flavor and green, this is a great choice to complement all of you other Asia Market Sichuan favorites! The stems were scattered throughout the dish and made it hard to reach the leafy foliage, but once you did your mouth instantly smiled.

Pan fried and covered in an oily, spicy sauce, these dumplings are as good as it gets. These are hearty and filling and with eight to an order, despite their large size, only share with one more person at most. However you can easily make this part of your own meal! Enjoy!
