The queso at Maudie's is just right. It i snot too thick, but hangs perfectly to each chip. There is a hint of heat mixed in that spices up the experience. Save some queso and put it on your fajitas!

The salmon sashimi you see in the photo is not only served in picture perfect form, but it is spectacular. Like all the sashimi at Mikado, the cuts are long and thick! Incredible quality, cuts and presentation!
