Generous George's makes a dish I've not seen anywhere else, Pasta Pies. They combine the best of two dishes: pasta and pizza. A Pasta Pie is a pasta dish served over a baked pizza dough (basically a pizza with pasta and sauce instead of toppings. You get the pasta and the pizza, and we all know that the best part of the pizza is the crust!). There are several varieties of Pasta Pies. I like the seafood pasta and the pesto chicken. My kids like the classic spaghetti. It's something different, fun, tasty. Warning: these are huge servings. You will take some home unless you are a very big eater.
