The Mexican Martini at Cedar Door

I agree, Cedar Door has the best Mexican Martini! I abused tequilla in my younger days and as a general rule avoid it now in my 30's but one night a friend told me to taste her mexican martini at the door and since then I can now handle tequila again, only in this place! I recommend getting the drink with the top shelf Herradura tequila and Grand marnier, it is pricey but so worth it, and one drink seems equal to two! SO GOOd! fresh squeezed juices make all the difference too, I cannot stand sweet and sour mix...I need it fresh people!

The Mixed Grill at Clay Pit

I really like The Mixed Grill because it is big enough to share or bring home leftovers and you are able to try some different items. All of the meat is very well prepared and seasoned. I highly recommend it!

El Tipico at Bouldin Creek Coffeehouse

1501 S 1st St, Austin, TX

Yum Yum Yum! The El Tipico is so good...you must get it with the tofu substitution! They scramble the tofu with some spices or something and it comes out so yummy, I have never had anything like it! they serve it with salsa, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, tortillas of your choosing (wheat, corn or flour) and a potato hashbrown cake! Really good veggie food that makes you feel good when and after you eat it, not bad like after some breakfasts out!
