Every time I think I've already tried the best things at Enoteca, I'll order something new, and have to reassess my favorites. Such is the case with the spaghettini con polpette. Unlike the rigatoni con polpette (rigatoni with pork meatballs), the star of the spaghettini is the veal meatball. Not just any veal meatball, this one is filled with fontina cheese, so it is especially rich and flavorful. The spaghetti is handmade - and paired with spinach - all lathered in a mouth-watering marsala-tomato sauce with pecorino romano cheese. Outstanding - and so rich, I usually take at least half home for leftovers or lunch the next day!

This salad gets a 10 for its pure good looks. Not far behind, I give it a 9 for its tasty mix of black and white sesame seed crusted seared tuna, mixed field greens, cucumber, edamame, crispy vermicelli rice noodles and a savory sesame soy vinaigrette. Great combo, and lovely lunch or dinner dish to boot!

Oh, Galaxy Cafe Fish Wrap; how I love you. Let me count the ways: 1. Your "hand breaded" white fish is tender, fresh and flaky 2. Your red and green cabbage adds crunch to my bite 3. Your cheddar cheese and roma tomato offer comfort in a wrap 4. You are tortilla-swaddled in a choice of warm spinach, whole wheat or flour 5. And finally, I drizzle you with a toothsome cilantro-lime sauce. Oh, and how can I forget: You go smashingly well with a pile of homemade sweet potato fries.

This is a great pie if you're watching your weight or are in the mood for something light. The crust is super thin and crisp, and there is just enough cheese to add flavor, but not so much to make the pizza feel weighted down or greasy. Why the 8? I could barely taste the truffles, and I think North could get a little more adventurous with their wild mushroom selection. The only mushrooms I could detect were porcinis, and perhaps one or two shiitakes.

Quite possibly one of the best shakes I've had at a burger joint, this chocolate shake is made from all-natural, hand-scooped Vermont ice cream. It was rich and velvety, and when it landed on my tongue, it all coalesced into one flavor-sensation: the essence of chocolate.
