I'm from Texas but now consider New York City my homebase. I'm currently living with my partner of 10 years in Cambridge across the Charles River from Boston. In the spring we're moving to London, UK. I've been in food service for about 30 years and I'm still learning new and wonderful things about food. I'm about to start a Vegan Baking Course that utilizes organic whole grains and natural sweetners. I'm excited! Update 2008: We've been in Kensington, London for about 2 years now. I'm a volunteer cook at The Food Chain which prepares and delivers high quality hot and cold meals to homebound people with HIV and AIDS. England is just wonderful. We've traveled all over Europe and had some great food in just about every country. I've been working on a cookbook for several years.
