Creamy, smooth, luscious and alcoholic! What more can you ask for in a ... drink. At first, I must admit I was skeptical. We Americans are not accustomed to the avocado smoothie or avocado milk bubble tea or whatever. A guacamole flavored drink just sounds kinda weird. But this concoction is really outstanding and Curra's has perfected it.

Can't believe I can eat a whole one of these, but how could you stop? It's amazing, down to the seeds on the bread. Gotta get the spicy peppers too.

Just like my mom used to make, this is a Texas classic. Think enchiladas with lots of cheese and cream of chicken. So creamy. It's definitely naughty and good.
