This classic Yucatan dish was served in a banana leaf with red onion. The presentation was perfect and the pork was very tender.

Thursday night is sushi night at August E's. They fly the fish in from Hawaii, and chef Lou is amazing. This spicy lobster roll is my favorite.

Would love to go back to the island--I've never had grits so creamy or shrimp so perfect. You can order it for two--very tender and amazing.

One of the best food experiences I've had in years. This dish was served with a root beer reduction. Gail Gand, the pastry chef, makes her own root beer and you can order it online. The service was impeccable.
