I've photographed the yet-to-be-released book for Johnny Iuzinni and regularly contribute to Food & Wine, Oprah and a number of other magazines. I could eat mexican every day of the week but I don't and my love of chocolate borders on the absurd.

Foodie Fetishes

• Recommended Food Safari: I like to take a yearly cross country motorcycle road trip where I eat nothing but local food from tiny diners and little hole-in-the-wall dives eventually finding myself at a taco stand somewhere in the desert.
• And to Drink: Cocktails from Freemans (with Lynette or Yanna) and then the other unique liquor offerings of Death & Co. and Tailor. Beer of course provided it's craft.
• Your Fantasy Tablemates: Jesus (come on, he had the LAST supper), Jon Stewart, Dorothy Parker, Oscar Wilde, Friedrich Nietzsche and Winston Churchill.
• Favorite Cuisine: Mexican and chocolate but surprisingly I'm not keen on mole...
• Last Meal Request: Steak, baked potato, haricot vert and a good bottle of red wine.
• Favorite Eating Town: New York - are you serious?
