All of Tiff's cookies are excellent. My favorite is the snickerdoodle, which is weird because I don't consider myself to be a snickerdoodle-lover, but one bite of Tiff's snickerdoodle (naughty) will make you feel warm and loved. Of course if I can't have a snickerdoodle I will eat whatever cookie they put in front of me.

This wrap contains lettuce, black bean salsa, jicama, tomatoes, avocados and tortilla strips. Well...the menu says it comes with tortilla strips, but I didn't notice them in mine--which would have added a nice crunch. I also didn't notice any avocado. You can pick from a variety of dressings (I picked Tangy Lime). Even though the menu doesn't say so, there is also corn in this wrap (a very nice touch--maybe it was part of the bean salsa?). I chose to get mine with chicken (you can also choose tofu). The chicken has a nice grilled flavor and it seemed to be breast meat (no fatty pieces at all). I would probably give this a higher score if the menu and what I got matched. I was pretty sad not to see the tortilla strips. Maybe they only put them in when you order the salad version.

I agree with Laura that this is indeed a Dishola. This isn't your typical sashimi, but I promise you'll love it--that is if you love goat cheese and apples with your tuna. My dining partner thought it was sacrilege to pair these flavors. I said, "Excellent! The rest is for me!" If you're afraid to stray from traditional sashimi and sushi, give this a try. It's fabulous.

I agree with the previous review that this cake is rich and buttery with perfectly balanced lemon and ginger flavors. Also, there is enough homemade ice cream for each bite, and that makes the cake all the better. Quite honestly I'm not a big cake person. When I do eat cake I like it to be on the moist side--very moist. This cake has that.

This translates to Herbed Lamb Meatballs in Red Sauce. And it's a very good dish. If you love Indian spices you'll love this dish. If you're afraid of lamb, don't be. This is a great dish to convert lamb haters into lamb lovers. The meatballs are nice and moist and easy to mange (they're smaller instead of Texas-sized). The sauce has a little kick to it, but nothing we Texans can't handle. So far I've only had this as take-out to microwave at home. Once Whip In opens their dining area I imagine this might taste even better. All of their dishes are served with basmati rice. I can't wait until they start serving their homemade tandoori naan!
