About snax
I spent over 15 years in the service industry, with a large portion of it as a server at Dan McKlusky's Restaurants in Houston and Austin. My most memorable work experiences were at the first La Madeleine Bakery and Restaurant in Houston, and as 'inaugural' staff at the first Dave and Buster's build from the ground up (also Houston).
