i love food, almost all food equally. the good and the really bad. i am passionate about grilled cheese, fried calamari, creme brulee, sushi, pinot noir, and ale. luckily, my boy and i get to travel often, either for work or pleasure. our adventures have taken us to meals as far away as La Reunion Island, Austria, and Germany and as close by as El Caribe, Austin, TX. when i'm home i have a small massage therapy practice that has fed my belly, my heart and my soul for more than seven years. when i'm away i am a merch girl/roadie/badass with my partner Dwayne working as tour manager for a few different bands, and we always find time to eat something! truly, there is goodness food to be found everywhere, especially at the Febo in Amsterdam...mmm fried gravy!

  • Last Meal Request: all of it: a champagne apertiv, sashimi appetizer, fried cheese, fried calamari with the perfect slightly spicy marinara, smoked salmon with cream cheese capers onions black pepper, assorted gourmet cheeses served with crostini and french bread, grilled fresh white fish with shrimp and scallops in a white wine cream sauce, tenderloin of organically raised hormone free beef cooked rare bordering on midrare topped with a small pat of butter AND melted Papillion Roquefort, mashed potatoes, asparagus, salad with baby greens tomatoes red onions feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, my own black pepper grinder and coursely ground sea salt, a bottle of California Cabernet, a bottle of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, creme brulee and assorted dark chocolate truffles. now that's the way to go!
